In October 2025, $30 000 raised by Dungog Rumble were donated to the Dungog Shire Palliative Care Volunteers enabling the purchase of a replacement vehicle supporting free transport for clients to treatments. Dungog Rodeo in 2024 donated a whopping $10,000 towards purchase of 2 oxygen concentrators and in 2025 donated another $5000 ,towards service and repairs of the oxygen concentrators .The oxygen concentrators are portable and improve quality of clients lives.
